SHAPE

Straight Yarn
Ordinary yarn (requires uniform yarn thickness without irregularities). We specialize in animal hair such as alpaca, mohair, cashmere, camel, and angora.

Slub Yarn
An uneven yarn with irregular drafting added during the spinning process, also called flake yarn, is characterized by its rich surface effect in woven and knitted fabrics. With English spinning machines, jumbo slubs of Nm. 0.2 are also possible. For punchy slubs, the cut gear method is suitable, whereas for random slubs, the computer-controlled method is preferable.

Airy SPUN
This material is spun on a special spinning machine and contains a lot of air inside the yarn, making it extremely lightweight, fluffy, and warm.

Loop Yarn
A loop (ring) is formed by feeding the floating yarn (decorative yarn) faster than the core yarn, and by simultaneously winding the binder yarn, the false twist method also achieves the same effect as a real twist. By combining it with a slub device, combinations such as knots, flying loops, wall rings, gimps, and more can be created. There are one-process spun loops and two-process (spinning plus twisting) loops. The spun loops are soft and resemble blooming flowers, while the twisted loops are distinct with a firm texture.

Tum-tum Yarn
Tum-tum (brushed) yarn is made by raising the loops of loop yarn with card clothing. Spun tams feature upright, showy hair, while twisted yarn tams feature firm hair.

Fancy Lily
While the base yarn is knitted by Lily knitting, opened slivers are blown into its center. As a result, the yarn contains air, with slivers emerging from the stitches like fluff, giving it a very lightweight feel. Nylon filament is typically used, but knitting with distinctive yarns such as lame yarn can further enhance the decorative effect.

Soft Lily
Fleece (extra-fine fibers) drafted on a spinning frame is given a false twist and knitted by Lily knitting in a loosely twisted state. It is a soft, airy yarn that is about 30% lighter than ordinary yarn. We also handle 100% cotton.

Jumbo Lily
A wide variety of fancy yarns can be created by combining the number of needles on the Lily knitting machine (a pencil-type cylindrical knitting machine), the diameter of the knitting cylinder, and the yarn used. We can handle materials with yarn counts up to a very thick Nm. 0.2.

Cut Lily
During Lily knitting, a portion of the knitting is cut to create a tassel-like yarn. We specialize in animal hair materials, which are difficult to process.

Chenille Yarn
This is a fancy yarn in which decorative yarn is sandwiched between core yarns. It is a voluminous yet very lightweight material.
